What’s included in my monthly website payment? +
Your monthly payment includes website hosting with 1GB storage, security updates, backups, and technical support. We maintain your SSL certificate, handle basic content updates, and ensure mobile optimization. Additional storage is available at R100/GB per month if needed.
How does your social media post process work?+
We begin with a monthly planning meeting to set content strategy. Our team then creates and designs posts for your approval, with two revision rounds included. Upon approval, posts are scheduled for optimal engagement. Please book posts two weeks before the month starts for best results.
What do I receive with my logo design? +
Your logo package includes multiple concept options and, once finalized, a complete set of files for all uses. You’ll receive source files (AI, EPS, SVG), web-ready files (PNG, JPG), black and white versions, and social media sizes. Basic brand guidelines are included to maintain consistency.
What are your payment terms and cancellation policies? +
Monthly payments are due between the 25th of current month and 1st of following month. Send proof of payment to admin@malfactorlabs.co.za. Website services require 30 days’ cancellation notice, while social media services must be cancelled before the 15th for the following month. All completed work is delivered upon final payment.
What are your response times for support and changes? +
